The Manage Your Card Account (MYCA) site is a free and secure online service that provides Cardmembers with an e-statement, online payment, recent activity and historical transactions. It enables quick and easy review and reconciliation of Corporate Card charges and supports an array of servicing needs including the ability to:

  • Set up alerts to their e-mail or mobile device for instant notifications on payments, statement ready, balance due, irregular activity and more
Standard Expense Reporting (SER)
Simplify expense report preparation with SER, an easy-to-implement, cost-free feature of MYCA. Cardmembers simply access a pre-populated expense report, annotate expenses, add any out-of-pocket charges and download their report for either electronic- or paper-based processing according to company policy. Save time and money for your employees, and relieve the tedium of expense reporting with SER.

American Express @ Work®

American Express @ Work provides the capabilities companies need to efficiently manage their American Express Corporate Card program. Designated company program administrators can easily access account information and make necessary changes online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Program Administration
American Express @ Work Program Management will provide your company with a more efficient method of administering your Corporate Card program, freeing up your time to devote to other important business tasks.

American Express @ Work Reporting provides your company access to Corporate Card management information online, 24/7, in a secure, password-protected Web environment. Available in a variety of formats and media from standard and customizable reports to electronic data files, you can:

  • Monitor policy compliance through Cardmember exception reports and supplier management reports
  • Manage Cardmember performance using delinquency history reports
  • Track expenses with industry spending summary reports
  • Forecast future spending based on historical expense rates using quarter-over-quarter or year-over-year benchmarks

Account Reconciliation
Automating the Business Travel Account (BTA) reconciliation process with BTA RECON® can help clients maximize efficiencies by systematically matching billing statement detail to booked air travel data, with a 95% match rate against all air transactions. For those transactions remaining unmatched, BTA RECON automates the research and correction process, reducing the amount of time associated with identifying and allocating those charges for quicker resolution.
