The Manage Your Card Account (MYCA) site is a free and secure service that provides Cardmembers with online review and reconciliation of Corporate Purchasing Card charges, support for an array of servicing needs and online payment.

Once logged in, Cardmembers can:

  • Review statements
  • Dispute charges
  • Set up alerts to be notified of approaching limits

American Express @ Work

American Express @ Work provides the capabilities companies need to efficiently manage their American Express Corporate Purchasing Solutions program. Designated company program administrators can easily access account information and make necessary changes online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Program Administration
The speed and convenience of American Express @ Work Program Management will provide your company with a more efficient method of administering your Corporate Purchasing Solutions program, freeing up time to devote to other important business tasks.

  • Apply for, cancel, and suspend Cards
  • View charges
  • Make account changes, such as adjust limits, update Cardmember information
  • Check the status of transactions submitted

Reporting / Management Information
American Express @ Work Reporting provides your company access to Corporate Purchasing Card management information online, 24/7, in a secure, password-protected Web environment. Available in a variety of formats and media from standard and customizable reports to electronic data files, you can:

  • Monitor policy compliance through Cardmember exception reports and supplier management reports
  • Track expenses with industry spending summary reports
  • Provide data to meet government requirements such as 1099 tax reporting
  • Forecast future spending based on historical spending patterns using quarter-over-quarter or year-over-year benchmarks.

Account Reconciliation
American Express @ Work Corporate Account Reconciliation (CAR) is a web-based global reconciliation tool and a central repository for your entire Corporate Purchasing Card spend, including E-procurement transactions. CAR provides your Cardmembers, managers, and auditors with online visibility to spending to effectively manage your procurement program globally.
