The American Express Corporate Card

Customer Service Support

Online, over the phone or in person, American Express provides customer service support to Cardmembers when they need it, where they need it. Cardmembers can perform most servicing requests online at www.americanexpress.com/checkyourbill and can also access 24-hour, toll-free assistance by phone. For personal service, Cardmembers can rely on American Express for assistance anywhere in the world through our network of more than 2,200 Travel Service locations in over 130 countries. Our network provides emergency Card replacement assistance, foreign currency exchange, personal check cashing and Travelers Cheque issuance.*

Emergency Assistance

From lost Card replacement to medical and legal emergencies, Cardmembers can rely on American Express to help in the event of any emergency. Lost Cards can be replaced within 24 hours and interim payment arrangements can be made directly with hotels and airlines in emergency situations. Automatic enrollment in our Global Assist® Hotline extends 24-hour, worldwide legal and medical emergency referral coverage when Cardmembers are more that 100 miles from home.

Business Travel Accident & Baggage Insurance

Travelers automatically receive 24-hour, door-to-door travel insurance of $350,000 every time they purchase common carrier tickets with an eligible American Express billing product. Coverage is in effect for the duration of the trip, up to 30 consecutive days. We also provide baggage insurance of $1,250 for carry-on bags, and up to $500 beyond the carrier's settlement for checked luggage.

Membership Rewards®

The Membership Rewards program gives Corporate Cardmembers the opportunity to earn points redeemable for air travel and hotel stays, as well as shopping, home, and recreation items. Cardmembers earn one point for virtually every dollar charged on eligible, enrolled American Express Cards. These points have no expiration date and can be combined with points earned on enrolled personal American Express Cards. Learn more or enroll in the Membership Rewards program.

The American Express Executive Gold Corporate Card
