CORPORATE CASH & TRAVELLERS CHEQUES ON THE CARD

While the American Express® Qantas Corporate Card can be used for most day-to-day business expenses, there are times when cash is required by Cardmembers. For their convenience the Corporate Cash service ensures Cardmembers are never stranded without access to cash. Alternatively, American Express Travellers Cheques provide a secure way to carry 'money' while travelling.

CORPORATE CASH

Cardmembers enrolled in the Corporate Cash service can use their Cards to access cash from ATMs worldwide. Withdrawn cash is billed to individual Corporate Card Accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement after the withdrawal occurs. A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal.

Access to the Corporate Cash service is not automatic. Your company needs to register for this service and Cardmembers must then enrol with American Express individually. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required. Cardmembers will be informed via post when they are enrolled and supplied with a PIN.

Note: Cardmembers cannot delegate someone else in their company to enrol them on their behalf.

TRAVELLERS CHEQUES ON THE CARD*

Travellers Cheques on the Card allows Cardmembers to purchase Travellers Cheques and foreign currency from selected American Express Travel Service Offices using their American Express Qantas Corporate Card. Additional fees may apply.

CORPORATE CASH AND TRAVELLERS CHEQUES ON THE CARD LIMITS

To provide further controls and minimise company risk, your company can also set a policy limiting the amount of Corporate Cash or Travellers Cheques Cardmembers are able to withdraw or purchase using the Corporate Card.
