TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE<sup>1</sup>
Every time you travel on business on a common carrier (plane, train, bus or ship) and charge your tickets to the Corporate Card, you’re automatically insured with accidental death and dismemberment insurance through your Travel Accident Insurance policy. If allowed by your company policy, you can use the Corporate Gold Card to book tickets for your spouse or dependent children (under age 23) so they can accompany you on your business trip, and they also will be covered.

CAR RENTAL THEFT AND DAMAGE INSURANCE<sup>2</sup>
When you fully charge a car rental to the Corporate Card and where allowed by law, you will be covered by Car Rental theft and Damage Insurance for damage or theft on many rental cars up to the full value of the rental car (not available for employees of certain companies**). To take advantage of this protection, eligible Cardmembers must decline the Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) or similar option offered to you by the car rental company and use the Corporate Card. There is no additional charge for this coverage and you save the daily LDW fee (usually $15-$23 per day) charged by the car rental company.

**Car Rental Theft and Damage Insurance is not provided if your company has opted out of this coverage. To confirm whether you are eligible for this coverage please contact your program administrator.

FLIGHT AND BAGGAGE DELAY INSURANCE<sup>3</sup>
With Flight & Baggage Delay Insurance, when you fully charge your airline tickets to the Corporate Card, you can receive up to $1000 coverage for all reasonable and necessary hotel, motel or restaurant expenses when you are delayed or denied boarding for more than four hours. You can also receive up to $1000 for all immediate daily necessary and reasonable emergency purchases, made within four days, for essential clothing and sundry items when your baggage on your outbound trip is delayed more than six hours.

HOTEL/MOTEL BURGLARY INSURANCE<sup>4</sup>
Hotel/Motel Burglary Insurance provides coverage of up to $1000 for the replacement of your personal items (excluding cash) if your hotel/motel room is burglarized. Use the Corporate Card to fully book and pay for your hotel/motel room accommodation and you will be insured automatically. Please refer to the Certificates of Insurance for terms and conditions, restrictions and exclusions.

SUPPLEMENTAL LOST/STOLEN BAGGAGE INSURANCE<sup>5</sup>
When you fully charge your airline tickets to The American Express Corporate Gold Card, you are covered for loss or damage to your checked-in or carry-on baggage and personal effects while in transit, for up to a maximum of $1,000 per trip.
