EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT SERVICING AND CARD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES
Corporate Platinum membership provides you with the ability to appoint your Executive Assistant to co-manage your Corporate Platinum Card with you.

Whether an address change or a charge dispute, your Executive Assistant will be able to manage all of these instances within your account on your behalf.

EMERGENCY CARD REPLACEMENT
If you discover your Corporate Platinum Card is missing, just call one of our supportive Customer Service Representatives through our 24-hour, toll-free number. A replacement Card can usually be issued and in your hands by the end of the next business day in cases of emergency. EXPRESS CASH - 24 HOUR CASH ACCESS
If you need money for taxis, gratuities, or small emergencies Express Cash (with company enrollment) gives you 24-hour access to automated banking machines worldwide. In addition, you can cash a personal cheque for up to $250 in Canadian funds when registered at participating hotels/motels in Canada and the U.S. (up to $100 in Canadian funds in Western Europe *).

You can cash personal cheques up to $1,000 in Canadian funds (up to $200 in local currency and the rest in American Express Travellers Cheques *) through American Express Travel Services locations**. You are entitled to use this service once every 7 days in the United States, once every 21 days in Canada and elsewhere.

TRAVEL EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
Should you need a medical or legal referral, you can call the 24-hour Travel Emergency Assistance number at 1-800-678-5523 in Canada and the U.S. Otherwise, call collect at 312-935-3606. Representatives can refer you to lawyers, doctors, opticians, pharmacists and hospitals. If you unexpectedly get called to a meeting in another country, we can get your travel information fast, including visa and customs regulations or inoculation requirements. Any resulting costs will be the responsibility of the Cardmember.
