If your company allows participation in the Membership Rewards Program, you will automatically be enrolled in the Program with Points Accelerator at no additional cost. Points Accelerator earns you 1.5 Membership Rewards points for virtually every dollar charged to your Corporate Platinum Card. That’s up to 50% more than you can earn on our other Corporate Cards.

You can redeem your Membership Rewards points for flights and accommodations, retail gift certificates, a fantastic night out on the town, a wide range of merchandise and much more. You can also choose to transfer your points^1a to a participating frequent flyer or frequent guest program in your name. So, put all your business expenses on your own Corporate Platinum Card, and it will add up to great benefits for you.

1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE MEMBERSHIP REWARDS® PROGRAM (“Program”) Cardmembers will not earn points for finance charges, annual fees or other fees and charges, balance transfers, Amex Cheques, Express Cash transactions, funds advances and purchases of travelers cheques or foreign currencies. Cardmembers have until December 31, 2009 to accumulate points and to request a reward. Rewards are subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply. Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable for cash or credit. Amex Bank of Canada reserves the right to change the Program terms and conditions, including assignment of tiers and associated rights, at any time without notice. Cardmembers are solely responsible for the determination of any tax liability arising out of accrual or redemption of points. The Program and points are for the sole benefit and use of Cardmembers even if the company or other entity in whose name the account is opened has paid the Program fees. Points can only be earned by, issued to and redeemed by Cardmembers. To cancel enrollment in the Membership Rewards program at any time, please call 1-800-716-6661. The Points Accelerator service (“Service”) from American Express is available to holders of The Corporate Platinum Card. An enrolled Cardmember may not enroll other American Express Card accounts held in his/her name. Cardmember may not accrue any points in his/her Membership Rewards program for finance charges, purchases of travelers cheques, Express Cash transactions for cash advances. Credits from returned goods and services or adjustment will be deducted from the Membership Rewards program account balance. The Terms and Conditions contained in your Membership Rewards Program Guide also apply to points earned through the Service. Membership Rewards points may be transferred to participating frequent flyer or frequent guest accounts held in the Cardmember’s name, with a minimum requirement of 1,000 points for each transfer. Transfers must be made in 100 point increments. A minimum of three (3) business days is required for point transfers.
