For large accounts American Express® assigns a designated representative to serve as a single point of contact for account servicing and program management. The representative coordinates American Express resources to facilitate implementation, identify savings opportunities and helps leverage technology-based solutions. In addition, the representative analyses your Travel & Entertainment (T & E) management program and develops an action plan for your business that includes:
