ONLINE SERVICES
Cardmembers can enrol in Online Services (Chinese only) which will enable them to manage their account in a secure online environment. Listed below are the services available today, with more being added soon:
  • View your account balance — updated daily showing unbilled transactions as well as a three month history of transactions
  • View your Membership RewardsTMpoints balance transfer and redeem your Membership Rewards points
  • Update your billing address
  • Update your Online Services profile

Business Travel Accident Insurance, Travel Inconvenience Insurance, Accident Medical Expenses Insurance, Baggage/Personal Possessions Insurance and Hi-jack Insurance is automatically provided when scheduled travel tickets are charged to the Corporate Card.

Worldwide Office Network

Cardmembers can rely on American Express for assistance anywhere in the world through our network of more than 1,700 Travel Services locations in over 130 countries2. Our exclusive network provides emergency Card replacement assistance, foreign currency exchange, personal check cashing and Travelers Cheques issuance. Not all services are available in all locations and are subject to local laws and cash availability.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

Emergency Card Replacement

In an emergency the Corporate Card can be replaced usually within one business day by contacting the American Express Travel Service Office nearest to you or calling our customer service center.

Global Assist®

If a Cardmember should run into a legal or medical emergency while traveling, just one call to our free Global Assist service can put them in touch with an English speaking doctor or lawyer. The service is available 24 hours a day virtually anywhere in the world whenever you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 days.

Emergency Check Cashing

Using the Corporate Card as credential, Cardmembers can cash a personal check (max US$1,000 every 21 days) at over 1,700 travel locations worldwide.
<i>MEMBERSHIP REWARDS</i> PROGRAM
The Membership Rewards program gives Corporate Cardmembers the opportunity to earn points redeemable for air travel and hotel stays, as well as shopping, home and recreation items. Cardmembers earn one point for virtually every NT$30 charged on eligible, enrolled American Express Cards. These points have no expiration date and can be combined with points earned on enroled personal American Express Cards to reach reward levels even faster. For added convenience, individual Membership Rewards program accounts can be managed online. Enrolment in Membership Rewards is not automatic and an annual fee applies. Enrolment is subject to company approval.
