This solution identifies all traditional and interactive unused refundable e-tickets as far back as 12 months. Refundable tickets are credited back to the original form of payment; non-refundable tickets are calculated and the residual value information is sent to the Centralised Exchange Database and/or traveller profile for future use, and all data is reported monthly.
