@WORK

American Express® @Work is a self-service tool that allows Program Administrators to manage their Corporate Card program online. @Work is a safe, secure and convenient portal offering two primary functions:
  • Program Management – allows you to manage your company's Corporate Card program online, including cancelling Cards and transferring cost centres; and
  • Reporting – enables you to monitor spend, identify supplier opportunities for negotiations and manage policy compliance to the Card program.
This section outlines general information about how to access @Work and the functionality available. For specific information on Program Management functions, please visit the Program Administration section. For specific information on Reporting, please visit the Reporting section.

Functions available with @Work

The single @Work portal provides instant online access to a number of program management and reporting functions.

Program Management Functions:

  • Cancel a Card;
  • Transfer a Cardmember between cost centres;
  • Change Cardmember contact information;
  • View Cardmember statement;
  • Request statement copy;
  • Change report recipient; and
  • Replace defective Card.
Note: The Apply for a Card function is not available for to the American Express Qantas Corporate Card program. Therefore, if this function is used, the application will not proceed and your company will be asked to complete the correct application form.

Reporting Functions to:

  • Monitor Compliance;
  • Manage Cards;
  • Analyse Spend Trends; and
  • Track your Qantas Rebate.

How to set up access to @Work

There are two steps required before you can access @Work. The first involves company registration and the second involves individual new user enrolment.

STEP 1.Company Registration

A company must register for @Work before an individual is able to access the tool. The @Work Registration Form is included with the Corporate Account & Set-up Form, so in most cases companies register at the same time as applying for the American Express Qantas Corporate Card program. To check if you are registered, please contact the Corporate Support team on 1300 555 257.

If your company is not registered, an Authorised Signatory must complete the @Work Registration Form on page 5 of the Corporate Account and Set-up Form and fax it to (02) 9263 6025. Please allow 5 days for processing.


STEP 2.New User Enrolment

After you have received confirmation of your company's registration, individuals can enrol in @Work by obtaining a user ID. To obtain a user ID, visit americanexpress.com.au/atwork and follow the instructions for creating a new user ID.
