American Express Corporate Card Programs. Real Business. Real Solutions.
TOOLS & RESOURCES
With the Business Travel Account (BTA), all airline tickets are conveniently billed to one account with centralized billing, so your company will only need to review one statement and make one monthly payment for air travel. This solution allows you to consolidate and control air travel expenses incurred by all employees, the individuals who travel occasionally on behalf of your company (and therefore, do not have a Corporate Card), non-employees (clients, vendors), or even groups.

Key Benefits

  • Improves company's cash flow.
  • Allows greater control of business expenses.
  • Facilitates expense administration.
  • Provides Automatic Business Travel Accident Insurance1 at no additional cost

How It Works

  • Reservations are made through a designated Travel Agency.
  • American Express sends your company a detailed monthly statement and monthly file.
  • The company reconciles the American Express statement and those statements received from the Travel Agency.
  • The company makes one monthly payment to American Express for the amount invoiced.
