You can settle your Card Account in one of the following ways:

By US Dollar Draft
You can approach any authorized dealer for a US Dollar Draft favoring American Express International Inc. payable at New York, and forward the draft to us at the addresses given at the back of the statement.

By Rupee Draft/Cheque
Alternatively, in case, American Express Bank Ltd is your authorized dealer, you can send the following to the nearest American Express Branch:
- An Indian Rupee bank draft or cheque favoring “American Express Bank Ltd”. Please remember to confirm the applicable foreign exchange rate with American Express Bank on the date you send the draft/cheque and ensure that the instrument is drawn for the correct Rupee amount. Please include a processing charge of Rs.250 per instrument. Please note that the foreign exchange rate on the date of receipt will be applicable.
- Form A2 (New Format which includes a FEMA Declaration) duly filled in and signed by the authorized signatory
- Copy of the Card Statement
- Company letter

Due Dates
Your account is credited usually within 3 working days after your cheque is cleared. Please remember to send your cheques to reach us no later than 21 days of your statement date to ensure timely credit of the same.
