Register for a PIN
It is necessary to register your PIN with American Express when you purchase domestic air tickets or JR reserved tickets.
- If you have already registered your PIN with American Express for the Cashing Service (Corporate Express Cash), registration of a second PIN is not required.

No Pre-set Spending Limit
American Express does not set a spending limit in advance. Spending limits are determined by past spending, payment and personal resources. If it is necessary for you to make an unusually large purchase in Japan, or when traveling overseas, please call to obtain pre-authorization.

ETC Card
American Express offers the ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) card for use with ETC equipment mounted in your vehicle to let you pass ETC tollgates on roads in Japan without stopping or using cash.
ETC Card : Annual Fee -￥525 per card (including tax)
- You can apply for a maximum of 5 ETC cards.
- ETC card will be dispatched approximately one week after application.
- This card is exclusively for ETC use; it cannot be used as an additional American Express Card.

Online Reservation and Ticketing Service for Domestic Flights
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it is a ticketless service for online domestic flight reservations. Since flights are booked online and e-ticketed, you can pick up your ticket from automated check-in machine at the airport. Your Corporate Card is used for payment, so bothersome advance payment procedures are eliminated.
JAL Online
American Express - JAL Online provides 24-hour online access to JAL’s reservation system. Six-flight coupon tickets “e business 6”, and exclusive fare only for JAL Online is available at 19% discount from normal fare during normal periods. Access JAL Online website, then simply log on to get your own user ID and password for immediate use.
ANA@desk
American Express - ANA@desk is an internet accessible ticketless reservation service for ANA domestic flights. You can check availability, make/change reservations and finalize your ticketless arrangements. You can access various useful data (boarding date, flight numbers, flight fares, etc) for business travel management.

Travel Accident Insurance
As a Corporate Cardmember, you may be eligible for Travel Accident Insurance. With coverage of up to ￥50 million, this valuable benefit provides you with enhanced protection and assurance while traveling inside and outside Japan.

Overseas A maximum 90-day coverage is provided, from the time you leave your home for an overseas trip to the time you return (specifically, from one day prior to the day of departure until the day following your return). A broad variety of coverage is provided, including loss of lifeand/or physical impediment, accident and/or sickness medical impediment, personal liability, lost/stolen baggage and rescuer's expense.Domestic The following loss of life and physical impediment coverage is provided: when you use the Corporate Card to purchase a ticket for public transportation and an accident occurs to you when using the transportation facilities, when you use the Corporate Card to pay for lodging facilities, and when you use the Corporate Card to pay for a package tour and an accident occurs to you during the tour.

Shopping Protection
Almost all merchandise you purchase with your American Express Card is insured against damage and theft for up to ￥ 5 million per person per year, for 90 days from the date of purchase (￥10,000 deductible per claim).

Emergency Card Replacement in Case of Loss or Theft
Both within Japan and overseas, we will issue a replacement Card free of charge, at your request, usually within the next business day, if your card is stolen or lost. When abroad, you can also pick up your replacement card at one of our Travel Service Offices. To avoid fraudulent use, be sure to contact us immediately if your card is missing or stolen.
