Standard Expense Reporting

These report options help monitor expenditure at different levels, by department or Cardmember, identify opportunities for cost savings and provide important data for financial budget and accounting process. American Express delivers these reports to you in paper format. There are 30 different reports which provide the following:
  • Travel & Entertainment (T & E) management - travel policy compliance
  • T & E analysis - expenditure summary, financial forecasts, budgeting and financial control and negotiation with vendors

American Express @Work

American Express developed American Express @Work Reporting, an internet-based information delivery platform that provides fast, secure access to a range of reporting options. It is exclusively available via American Express @Work. @Work Reporting offers a range of products to meet the needs of different customers.

Enhanced Reporting
American Express @Work Enhanced Reporting allows users to review and manipulate their Corporate Card data whenever and wherever they need it. This level of reporting is available for a fee, and can be used to:

  • Create your own reports
  • Sort and filter on report specific metrics
  • Review and report on data updated daily
  • Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your expense management program
  • Access to regional and global data
