Online Services
Cardmembers can enrol in Online Services which will enable them to manage their account in a secure online environment. Listed below are the services available today, with more being added soon -

  • View your account balance - updated daily showing unbilled transactions as well as a month history of transactions. (if applicable)
  • View your Membership Rewards® points balance. (if applicable)
  • Transfer and redeem your Membership Rewards points.
  • Update your billing address.
  • Update your Online Services profile.

Traveller Services
Our policy gives Cardmembers insurance benefits when the cost of the trip is booked to the Corporate Card. These benefits include:
  • Business Travel Accident benefit against death or injury for up to 30 days1
  • Business Travel Inconvenience benefit for delayed flights and luggage and missed flight connections1
  • Business Travel, Baggage and Personal Possessions benefit for loss theft or damage to your luggage.1

Worldwide Office Network – Cardmembers can rely on American Express for assistance anywhere in the world. Our network has more than 1,700 Travel Services locations in over 130 countries2. Our exclusive network provides emergency Card replacement assistance, foreign currency exchange, personal cheque cashing and Travelers Cheque issuance.2

Emergency Card Replacement

In an emergency the Corporate Card can usually be replaced usually within one business day. Contact the American Express Travel Service Office nearest to you or call our customer service center at 01273 689 955

Global Assist

If a Cardmember runs into a legal or medical emergency while travelling, just one call to our free Global Assist service can put them in touch with an English speaking doctor or lawyer. The service is available 24 hours a day virtually anywhere in the world whenever you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 days. +44 (0) 845 456 6524
Membership Rewards® Programme
The Membership Rewards programme gives Corporate Cardmembers the opportunity to earn points redeemable for air travel and hotel stays, as well as shopping, home and recreation items. Cardmembers earn one point for virtually every pound charged4 on eligible, enrolled American Express Cards. These points have no expiration date4. They can be combined with points earned on enrolled personal American Express Cards to reach reward levels even faster. For added convenience, individual Membership Rewards programme accounts can be managed online. Enrolment in Membership Rewards is not automatic and an annual fee applies. Only applies to the American Express Corporate Card.
Express Cash
Express Cash enables you to obtain cash from automated teller machines (ATMs). Just what you need to handle incidental cash expenses while on business. Whether in the UK or on the other side of the world American Express offers cash access to Express Cash 24 hours a day 7 days a week from over 650,000 ATMs worldwide.

In order to apply for Express cash you need to download and complete our enrolment form.

  1. American Express Services Europe Limited ("AESEL") makes various benefits available to Cardmembers. These benefits derive from contracts which AESEL has made with third parties which AESEL is free to amend, extend or terminate at its sole discretion. These benefits do not form part of AESEL's contract with you but AESEL will aim to inform you 30 days in advance of any changes to the available benefits which may be to your detriment. One of the benefits currently available is the benefit of contracts of insurance made between AESEL and certain insurers. You will lose these benefits if you cease to be a Cardmember. Exclusions apply. Full details of the American Express Green Corporate Card Insurance Benefits and American Express Gold Corporate Card Insurance Benefits currently available are contained in the Summary of Benefits document received by Cardmembers in their Welcome Pack.

  3. BA Miles issued are subject to UK Executive Club terms and conditions

    BA Miles will not accrue in respect of any Cash Withdrawal, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange Transactions or fees.

    BA Miles will accrue in respect of spending in each month provided your account is not more than 60 days overdue for payment.
    BA Miles will not accrue in respect of amounts which are subsequently recredited to your account because of refunds.

  4. Points are not earned on the following charges: Cash Advances, American Express Travellers’ Cheques, foreign exchange and Express Cash transactions, charges for dishonoured cheques, late payment and referral charges. Points never expire as long as your American Express Corporate Card remains active and is enrolled in Membership Rewards.
